Data Science is becoming increasingly important in professional life. Take the opportunity now to attend the module "Basics of Computational Sciences: Overview (5000-361). Learn the basics of programming and then complete your first Data Science project in your degree program.
You can join the ILIAS course directly without password. The form of examination is the creation of a small-scale Data Science project and its documentation as a scientific poster.
The module consists of a lecture by Prof. Vogelgesang with 7 sessions (from April 6 to May 25, HS36, 08:15-09:45) and a subsequent subject-specific exercise under the supervision of Prof. Dimpfl (Business Administration and Economis: Theory of econometric modelling / Finance) and Prof. Schulze (Agricultural Biology, Biology, Nutritional Science). The dates the of exercises will be announced in the lecture.
